Hello all!

My son just turned 10 months at the beginning of this week. I came down with the stomach flu on Tuesday and couldn't keep anything down for about 2 days. I still tried to nurse him through that but my supply has now dwindled down to almost nothing. He was already only nursing about 4 times a day (his choice not mine). He is eating three solid meals a day but we have never supplemented with formula. I REALLY don't want to introduce formula and have him wean completely. However, until I get my supply back up (hopefully I can) he is not getting what he needs. I also do not want to ever introduce cows milk as we have a long family history of dairy allergy. Can I give him almond or soy milk? Is it even necessary? Any advice would be so helpful!
