I am working full time and pump three times a day at work, nurse at home with baby. I get two 15 min breaks and an hour lunch. I nurse baby about 530 every morning before i leave, pump 8-10 oz on my first break, 4-5 on my lunch, and 3-4 on my last break. I feel like the amount i pump is slowly dropping. I eat steal cut oats, drink tons of water, drink coconut water and gatorade, i eat pretty much everything on the list of things that increase supply. I need to pump at least 20 oz a day to keep up with what he eats with the sitter. We have no issues with nursing he nurses every 2-3 hours when we are together. Any advice on how i cam increase my pumping output? I use the Medela pump in style advanced.

I'm in the same situation. I feed at 6am then pump around 9 and get around 8-12 oz, then 6, then 3. I've been pumping every two hours today, and also adding two pumping sessions at home in hopes of increasing my output. When I had my second child 8 years ago, I took fenugreek to increase my supply. Contemplating on using it again if increasing pumps doesn't work.
